174 ©2023 ANSYS, Inc. Direct Recovery of MPC Rigid Nodes Solutions • A limited number of constraint equations are now generated for rigid constraints for all linear analyses. It leads to large gains in solution time as well as memory for models with large numbers of Rigid Bodies. • CEs are only built on rigid nodes which are connected to other elements or have applied boundary conditions • For all other nodes, the displacements are obtained with direct recovery. This recovery is based on the pilot nodes displacements and done after the solution is performed.
