Ansys Learning Hub is the online learning portal that customers can take virtual instructor-led or self-paced training through. It is an excellent resource to maximize your Ansys software and get inside information that can be applied to your product simulations.
The most common issues often include:
- Not accessible with an unsupported browser
- Lost credentials
- Problems registering

Before contacting Ansys directly, please verify that you have an Ansys Learning Hub membership and that you have your Ansys Customer Number. If you are unsure about the status of your ALH membership or do not have your customer number, please reach out to you Rand Simulation Account Manager.
