OVERVIEW In the Ansys 2024 R1 release, Ansys Electronics continues to demonstrate its multi-decade leadership in computational electromagnetics. Ansys simulation technology supports innovative product development in electronics across a broad range of markets and applications. Improvements in simulation performance, meshing, pairing with other Ansys tools, automated workflows and modeling capabilities extend Ansys leadership in electromagnetic simulation and computational multiphysics. Shell Element Modeling in Maxwell LOW FREQUENCY RELEASE HIGHLIGHTS Ansys Motor-CAD In this release, we have several impressive and engaging features guaranteed to get your attention. The new capabilities of Motor-CAD will allow you to explore a wider design space, allowing you to further innovate with your motor designs. The accuracy and simulation time of the solvers have both been taken to the next level. You will therefore be able to make better and faster decisions, and greatly reduce your motor development time. Here is a short list of the new capabilities: • Adaptive Templates – Increased flexibility to innovate with speed and ease by reparametrizing and customizing the in-built template geometry using the embedded Python commands.
