Ansys Fluent is the leading computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software package used to simulate fluids' flow,
heat transfer, and fluid-structure interactions.
We can predict that an arc will occur and then need to know how and
where it propagates due to the superheating in the local area. This has
also led to some semiconductor plasma modeling looking at plasma-
enhanced chemical vapor deposition for semiconductors.
Integrated with Ansys optiSLang
Based on Slang, Ansys optiSLang is a process integration and design optimization solution that integrates CAD/
CAE tools to evaluate designs in an automated simulation workflow. This workflow utilizes Ansys Charge Plus.
In this example, hundreds of simulations look at the parameters to determine the best configuration
of cabling to minimize some of the crosstalk between cables.
