Create a new HostID 3 1 Log on to the Ansys Licensing Portal Search the Customer from the Dropdown Menu 3 Click Activations>Activate Entitlements 4 2 5 Enter the Host Name, Host ID Type and Host ID, then click Save Alternatively you can upload the file created by clicking the Get System Host ID on the ANSYS License Management Center or a previous license key for that HostID.
