OVERVIEW RELEASE HIGHLIGHTS Ansys Minerva Ansys Minerva, a powerful simulation and process data management (SPDM) tool, enhances collaboration and productivity for engineering teams. Integrating simulation with data management, it streamlines workflows and ensures that the latest design data is accessible and traceable. Allowing users to store, share and retrieve simulation data efficiently, improving traceability and reducing risk of errors, it facilitates data-driven decision- making while also enabling companies to scale their simulation efforts. With 2025 R1, new updates and enhancements add to the overall functionality of Ansys Minerva, providing flexibility and ease of use. The generic connector enhancements reduce both the time and costs of implementation as it standardizes how external data is brought into Minerva, allowing users to verify and resolve any conflicts in files prior to uploading them into Minerva. UX enhancements have also been made, including changes to the Form Builder and the Data View and ECAD Viewer. Reducing complexity and providing user friendly functionality, the updates to simulation business process management makes it easier to track and manage simulation processes and improve visibility in simulation statuses. The new connector aids those needing to demonstrate compliance with industry standards, providing enhanced traceability and a streamlined end to end simulation workflow with Test Management By connecting engineering teams, facilitating best practices and providing greater visibility into simulation results, Ansys Minerva accelerates innovation and supports more efficient product development. Ansys Minerva Generic Connector Enhancements The Generic Connector enables the integration of Ansys Minerva with various desktop applications easily. Providing flexibility to connect legacy systems and custom tools within an open ecosystem, it reduces implementation time and costs compared to building a custom connector and it standardizes how external data is brought into Minerva. The new updates and enhancements include: • You can now use the Generic Connector with a Dark theme or a theme of your choice. Additionally, the user interface of the Generic Connector windows, such as file explorer and staging windows, has been enhanced for a better user experience. • You can now check and resolve conflicts in your files before uploading them back to the Ansys Minerva solution. Preventing accidental overwriting of others' work by detecting conflicts before upload, you can reduce data loss and maintain version control. Allowing users to make informed decisions about how to handle conflicting changes, data integrity is maintained, and time is saved. Ansys Minerva 2025 R1 Highlights
