Mentoring Sessions
Rand SIM's Mentoring Sessions are an open
learning forum where your team receives one-on-
one guidance from our simulation experts. Unlike
tech support which focuses on issues with the
actual software, these sessions are tactical and
address your team's specific simulation challenges
associated with ongoing development activities.
The topics for each session are driven by your
team's interests and needs at the time. In other
words—not the fluff you typically see in basic
trainings—which results in more time spent driving
meaningful design insight with confidence. These
sessions are typically Q+A style while sharing
models on-screen to keep it highly interactive and
focused. Rand SIM facilitates these sessions using
whatever cadence works best for you—weekly, bi-
monthly, or monthly—the choice is yours.
ADOPT Program
ADOPT stands for Ansys Development & Ongoing
Proficiency Training. This program is centered
around combining Ansys' online learning
management platform—the Ansys Learning Hub
(ALH)—with live interaction from a dedicated
Rand SIM expert. Given the diversity of user
profiles, breadth of simulation use cases and
continual development of new functionality, a
customized ALH learning path created by Rand
SIM ensures that you focus on the content most
applicable to your onboarding needs. The virtual
courses taken will be reinforced with your Rand
SIM expert to strengthen concept understanding
and foundational development, and quarterly
technical reviews will be conducted (and
recorded) for ongoing proficiency enhancements.
