Ansys SCADE Suite Overview
• Developed specifically to address reactive systems, critical embedded systems
(software applications) in particular
• SCADE is a feature-rich Model Based Software Environment (MBSE) to design
embedded software. SCADE Suite includes a push-button code generator capable of
outputting safe C or Ada code
• Uses equations (graphical diagrams) instead of code
• Code generator is certified/qualified according to safety standards (DO-178B/C, EN
50128, IEC 61508, IEC 60880, and ISO 26262)
