Scade Language
• A Scade program describes the relations between the outputs and inputs of a system,
called equations
• Data flow:
‐ Performs data processing tasks using complex mathematics
‐ Updates actuator outputs
• Control flow (State or mode management):
‐ Reacts to external or internal events: sensors, alarms, and threshold detection
‐ Performs combinational logic operations to compute the new system state
‐ Updates actuator outputs
