Step 7 – Define the Floor
Once the preload is done, we define the coordinates of the floor that the ball will hit, and the preprocessor
creates a RigidWall Planar keycard:

Step 8 – Implement Global Controls
Global control cards are basically global level controls that control model behavior, like end time, mass scaling,
unites, hourglass control, and database.
Step 9 – Submit Job to the Server
Once the model is set up, it is time to set up a job. There are three ways:
1. LS Run – Go to Windows bar, search for LS-Run, point to input deck and LS-DYNA location, define the
number of cores to be used and memory requirements
