For preprocessing and postprocessing, we recommend Ansys Workbench LS-DYNA, because the input decks it creates can be read by LS-DYNA, it is easy to use, and Ansys is continually investing in it to make it better. How it Works – High-Level Overview As users enter data about an object into a GUI, the preprocessor generates a specific keycard with instructions on what the solver will do with that information. The preprocessor collects all the keycards and creates an input deck, which it sends to the solver, which follows the instructions. Processing LS-DYNA Solver Postprocessing
